Position Overview
We are seeking a board certified/board eligible Obstetrician/Gynecologist to join our hospital-employed team in a collaborative, patient-centered environment.
•
Support a high-volume program with 1,700+ annual deliveries, including low- and high-risk obstetrics
•
2-3 days in clinic with dedicated, blocked OR time
•
Comfortable call schedule with in-house call pay
•
Maternal-Fetal Medicine support available
•
Two Labor & Delivery OR suites with dedicated anesthesia staff
•
Level III NICU (24 beds) provides advanced neonatal care
Program and Facilities
•
High-volume practice with 1,700+ annual deliveries
•
Full spectrum of care including low- and high-risk obstetrics
•
Maternal-Fetal Medicine support available
•
Two OR suites adjacent to labor and delivery with dedicated anesthesia coverage and DaVinci robotic technology
•
Level III NICU (24 beds) for advanced neonatal care
Compensation & Incentives
•
$450,000 base salary with transition to production model
•
$50,000 sign-on bonus
•
Residency stipend and loan assistance available
•
Eligible for NHSC loan repayment programs
