About the Role:
GonnaOrder is seeking a Sales Manager to drive growth across European markets for our restaurant ordering platform. You will manage the sales team and develop new business in the hospitality sector.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a sales team focused on European hospitality market
- Develop sales strategies for restaurant and hospitality clients
- Manage pipeline and provide accurate forecasts
- Conduct product demos and negotiate contracts
- Build relationships with restaurant groups and chains
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams
- Attend hospitality industry events and conferences
- Report on sales metrics and market trends
Requirements:
- 4+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience
- Experience in hospitality technology or food service industry
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
- CRM proficiency (HubSpot or Salesforce)
- Fluent English; Dutch and other European languages a plus
- Willingness to travel within EMEA
