Foreclosure Paralegal needed in our New York office. The Foreclosure Paralegal will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and completing New York Post Sale documents, evictions and post-sale conveyances. Your Foreclosure Paralegal Duties And Responsibilities

Preparation and filing of pleadings for Evictions for all states
Preparation and filing of pleadings for Post Sale VA and FHA Title Packages for all states
Responsible for VA appraisal ordering
Preparation and recording of New York Post Sale Deeds
Prepares NY State Tax Forms
Preparation and recording of Deeds to HUD
Maintaining client vendor management system to ensure all records are up to date (Equator, Resnet Pyramid, Yardi, BKFS, and Tempo)
Assists with the handling of NY third party closings including document preparation
Responsible for Post Sale Title Order Referrals
Preparation and Recording of Deeds in Lieu

The expected salary range for this position is between $60,000 and $77,500. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
