About the Role:
Heidi Health is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to drive user acquisition and engagement for our AI-powered clinical documentation platform. You will develop marketing strategies that reach healthcare practitioners across Australia and beyond.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute growth marketing strategies for user acquisition
- Manage digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, social, email)
- Create compelling content for healthcare practitioner audiences
- Run and analyze experiments to optimize conversion funnels
- Build and manage marketing automation workflows
- Track and report on marketing KPIs and ROI
- Collaborate with product and sales teams on go-to-market strategy
- Manage marketing budget and agency relationships
Requirements:
- 4+ years of growth or digital marketing experience
- Experience in B2B SaaS, healthtech, or healthcare marketing preferred
- Strong SEO, SEM, and content marketing skills
- Experience with marketing automation (HubSpot, Marketo)
- Analytical mindset with experience in A/B testing
- Understanding of healthcare practitioner audience
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
