Join our litigation team and play a key role in delivering high‑quality legal and business research in a collaborative, fast‑paced litigation environment. Hodgson Russ LLP, a regional law firm with 230+ attorneys in 10 offices, is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to join our busy Litigation team, resident in the Buffalo office. In this role, you’ll support the firm’s business litigation attorneys by managing complex commercial cases from start to finish. Essential responsibilities include, but not limited to: drafting pleadings, handling discovery (both paper and electronic), preparing for trial, and participating in trial proceedings.
This is a hands-on role, suitable for a team member with organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail together with the ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment. Professional customer service skills to effectively support both internal and external clients. A Bachelor’s degree or certification in Paralegal Studies, with three years’ litigation experience. Hands-on experience with at least one e-discovery/document review platform (e.g., Relativity, Summation, or Concordance) preferred.

At this time, the good faith estimate of the annual salary range for this position, if the successful applicant is based in Buffalo is $58,000 to $71,200. Where a successful applicant is slotted within this range will vary based on legitimate criteria, such as experience and skill level.
