We are looking for a HR Business Partner to support our leaders through growth, change and day to day people decisions across a complex operational environment. You will work closely with leaders and our people managers to drive performance, support change and ensure consistent, fair people practices in a regulated, safety focused environment. This role requires hybrid working with 3 regular days onsite at our Essex and Kent locations.
