About the Role:
HubSpot is looking for a Customer Success Manager to support our growing EMEA customer base. You will help mid-market and enterprise customers achieve their business goals using HubSpot's platform, driving adoption, retention, and expansion.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of mid-market and enterprise customers across EMEA
- Develop and execute customer success plans aligned with customer business objectives
- Drive product adoption through training, best practice sharing, and strategic guidance
- Conduct regular business reviews and health checks with customer stakeholders
- Monitor customer health metrics and proactively address churn risks
- Identify and qualify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Serve as the voice of the customer, providing feedback to product and engineering
- Collaborate with sales, support, and professional services teams
- Contribute to CSM team playbooks and best practices
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or consulting
- Experience with SaaS platforms, preferably CRM or marketing automation
- Strong understanding of inbound marketing, sales, and customer service principles
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional European languages a plus)
- Experience with customer success tools (Gainsight, ChurnZero, or similar)
- Data-driven approach with ability to analyze metrics and derive insights
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple accounts
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
