Associate Attorney

About this role

The role will be responsible for providing contract drafting and negotiation services. We are looking for someone with least two – four years of experience in contract drafting, review, and negotiation. Experience in the M&A buy-side, M&A sell-side, data protection/privacy, service agreements, procurement contracts, terms & conditions, purchase orders, and NDAs are preferred. Responsibilities and Duties: Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of contract types and agreements. Work within contract management systems and client environment Effectively communicate with client and their stakeholders Work with the stakeholder to identify and achieve specific business goals Attend stakeholder meetings and team meetings Guide stakeholders based on company legal guidance, policy, and process Independently manage workload by assessing priorities and deadlines for tasks assigned Perform other tasks or create reports as assigned Required Skills/Abilities: Excellent analytical, writing, and oral communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Suite Possession of an outstanding customer service attitude Exception attention to detail Education & Experience: JD from accredited law school is required Bar admission to any state is preferred Minimum of 2 -4 years of contracts negotiation with solid drafting experience.
