We take care of heating and air conditioning installation, maintenance, and repair for Oregon and South Washington. Our team of furnace, heat pump, and air conditioning specialists are dedicated to providing you with the best service possible, as quickly as possible. Position Overview: We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team as an HVAC Apprentice. Responsibilities: - Assist lead technicians with installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems - Learn to diagnose common issues with furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioners, and ductless systems - Help with ductwork fabrication, assembly, and installation - Carry materials, tools, and equipment to and from job sites - Maintain a clean and organized work area and service vehicle - Complete apprenticeship coursework and training modules as required - Follow all safety protocols and company procedures - Interact professionally with customers and team members Qualifications: - High school diploma or GED required - Strong mechanical aptitude and eagerness to learn a skilled trade - Ability to work in physically demanding conditions including crawl spaces, attics, and rooftops - Valid driver's license and reliable transportation - Ability to pass a background check and drug screening - Good communication skills and a positive attitude - Prior experience in construction, mechanical, or trades work is a plus but not required Benefits: - Paid apprenticeship with structured on-the-job training - Health and dental insurance - Paid holidays and vacation time - Company-provided tools and uniforms - Tuition assistance for trade school and certifications - Clear path to journeyman-level HVAC technician Integrity Air LLC is an equal opportunity employer.
