HVAC Installer Integrity Air LLC — Portland, OR Salary: $45,000 - $62,000 per year About Us: Integrity Air, LLC is a locally owned and operated HVAC company. We take care of heating and air conditioning installation, maintenance, and repair for Oregon and South Washington. Our team of furnace, heat pump, and air conditioning specialists are dedicated to providing you with the best service possible, as quickly as possible. Position Overview: We are hiring an HVAC Installer to join our installation crew. You will be responsible for installing new heating and cooling systems in residential and light commercial properties throughout the Portland metro area. Responsibilities: - Install new furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioners, ductless mini-splits, and related equipment - Fabricate and install sheet metal ductwork and fittings - Connect refrigerant lines, electrical wiring, and condensate drains per code - Perform system startups, testing, and commissioning after installation - Follow all manufacturer installation guidelines and local building codes - Coordinate with project leads and other trades on job sites - Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area at all times - Complete installation paperwork and warranty registration documents Qualifications: - 1-3 years of experience in HVAC installation - Knowledge of residential HVAC equipment and ductwork systems - Ability to braze copper tubing and work with refrigerants - Familiarity with Oregon mechanical codes and permit requirements - Valid driver's license and reliable transportation - Ability to work in attics, crawl spaces, and on rooftops - Physical ability to lift 75 lbs and work on feet for extended periods - Strong work ethic and attention to detail Benefits: - Competitive hourly pay with overtime opportunities - Health and dental insurance - Paid holidays and vacation - Company-provided tools and uniforms - Apprenticeship and certification support Integrity Air LLC is an equal opportunity employer.
