HVAC Sales Consultant Integrity Air LLC — Portland, OR Salary: $60,000 - $90,000 per year (base + commission) About Us: Integrity Air, LLC is a locally owned and operated HVAC company. We take care of heating and air conditioning installation, maintenance, and repair for Oregon and South Washington. Our team of furnace, heat pump, and air conditioning specialists are dedicated to providing you with the best service possible, as quickly as possible. Position Overview: We are looking for a motivated HVAC Sales Consultant to meet with homeowners and business owners, assess their comfort needs, and recommend the right heating and cooling solutions. This is a customer-facing role that combines technical knowledge with relationship-building skills. Responsibilities: - Conduct in-home and on-site consultations to assess customer heating and cooling needs - Perform Manual J load calculations and system sizing recommendations - Present equipment options, pricing, and financing to customers - Prepare accurate estimates and proposals using company pricing tools - Follow up with leads and maintain an organized sales pipeline using CRM software - Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets - Stay current on new HVAC products, rebates, tax credits, and energy efficiency programs - Coordinate with installation teams to ensure smooth project handoffs - Attend trade shows, home shows, and community events as a company representative Qualifications: - 2+ years of experience in HVAC sales or home improvement sales - Strong understanding of residential HVAC systems and energy efficiency - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Proficiency with CRM systems and digital estimating tools - Valid driver's license and professional appearance - Ability to work some evenings and weekends for customer appointments - NATE, BPI, or other industry certifications are a plus Benefits: - Base salary plus uncapped commission - Company vehicle or vehicle allowance - Health, dental, and vision insurance - 401(k) retirement plan - Paid training and ongoing professional development - Warm leads provided — no cold calling required Integrity Air LLC is an equal opportunity employer.
