About the Role:
InterSystems is seeking a Customer Success Manager to support our healthcare and enterprise clients across the Middle East. You will ensure customers achieve their goals using InterSystems' data platform and health information exchange solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Manage relationships with healthcare and enterprise clients in ME region
- Drive product adoption and ensure successful implementations
- Conduct regular business reviews and health checks
- Identify opportunities for expansion and upselling
- Coordinate with technical support and professional services
- Provide customer feedback to product development teams
- Support new customer onboarding and go-live processes
- Track and report on customer success metrics
Requirements:
- 4+ years of customer success or account management experience
- Experience in healthcare IT, enterprise software, or data platforms
- Understanding of healthcare information systems (EHR, HIE)
- Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Excellent English communication; Arabic is a plus
- Willingness to travel within the Middle East
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
