About the Role:
ISG Search is seeking a Data Analyst to support our recruitment analytics and business intelligence initiatives. You will analyze data to provide insights that improve our executive search and recruitment operations.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze recruitment data to identify trends and opportunities
- Build dashboards and reports using Tableau and Power BI
- Write SQL queries to extract and transform data
- Conduct statistical analysis on candidate and market data
- Support business teams with ad-hoc analysis requests
- Develop and maintain data models and ETL processes
- Present findings to stakeholders
- Improve data quality and reporting processes
Requirements:
- 2-4 years of data analysis experience
- Strong SQL and Python skills
- Experience with Tableau or Power BI
- Advanced Excel skills
- Understanding of statistics and data visualization
- Strong communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, or related field
