• ENT Hospitalists to help with ER/inpatient coverage and large 1:8 call pool = exceptional work/life balance
• Flexible blocked scheduling option also available (two weeks per month or 182 shifts annually - would consist of hospital/ER coverage with some minor outpatient surgery)
Compensation & Benefits:
• $700K+ starting base salary with additional wRVU bonuses delivering truly exceptional total earning potential
• $150K signing bonus
