An independent, community-owned, not-for-profit health system is seeking a Hematology/Oncology physician or a Medical Oncologist to join its established cancer program serving a vast regional population across western Nebraska. Position Highlights:
• 4-day work week with Fridays off
• ~60% Medical Oncology and 40% Benign Hematology
• No acute leukemia management

• Multidisciplinary cancer conferences held twice monthly

Compensation & Benefits:
• Guaranteed compensation of $730,000 for two years
• Up to $80,000 sign-on bonus
• Up to $20,000 relocation assistance
