Position Highlights:
• 100% breast surgery - no general call, no distractions
• 500+ annual cancer case referrals; practice is already in motion
• Medical Director role with real influence over program growth
• Brand-new ASC with state-of-the-art imaging and full surgical autonomy
• Onsite radiologists, dedicated breast navigator, and experienced NP/PA team
Compensation & Benefits:
• $500K+ guaranteed base + production bonus potential
• Day-one surgery center buy-in -build equity from the start
• $10K CME stipend, executive-level benefits, and generous PTO
Qualifications:
• Fellowship in Breast Surgical Oncology required
• Open to experienced surgeons and exceptional new graduates
