• Recruitment is due to an upcoming retirement
• 4-day, 32-hour work week
• Surgically busy group - each OBGYN averages 2 half-days of OR time/week & 75+ GYN surgeries/year
• Current OBGYNs happy to provide mentorship & scrub in alongside a new partner
• 1:6 call (1st call rotation of 4 OBGYNs & 2 CNMs)
• Robust support staff: highly experienced nurses, OB educator, & midwives who function as 'extenders' for the OBGYN physicians
• Thoughtful infrastructure to decrease administrative burden: Dedicated teams handle all Rx refills, triage, pap results & any after-hours calls
• 5 state-of-the-art ORs & brand-new DaVinci robot
• Epic EMR
• Highly competitive compensation: average earnings of $460K+ (starting guarantee from $375-410K, w/ add'l bonuses available)
• Signing bonus, relocation stipend & loan support: $65-90K
