A nationally recognized, physician-led organization is seeking an OB/GYN to join a well-established women's health practice in Idaho. This is a rare opportunity to maintain full-scope practice while enjoying exceptional income, true call relief, and the stability of a hospital-supported model without the red tape of large systems.
Compensation:
• $430K guaranteed base salary with productivity bonuses
• $100K Signing Bonus, $20K Relocation Assistance
• Residency Stipend + Student Loan Repayment

• H1B & J1 visa support avalibile
Position Details:
• 50/50 Full scope OBGYN
• 4 days per week with flexibility based on physician preference
• Minimal call - midwives and nursing staff take first call; physician serves as emergency backup only
• Brand new Da Vinci XI robotic system with accommodating OR block time
• Anesthesia available 24/7
