We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to join the Solutions for Financial Intermediaries team within a leading global financial institution’s Institutional Client Group. This role will support the Legal Documentation Unit by coordinating, reviewing, and preparing legal documentation related to structured products issuance.
Job Title: Legal Documentation Support Associate
Location: New York, NY (Hybrid)
Duration: 06 Months (Possible Extension/Conversion)
Key Responsibilities

Draft and prepare structured product documentation including Term Sheets, Pricing Supplements, and Notes
Coordinate closely with Sales, Structuring, and Legal teams to support transaction execution and documentation workflows
Manage high-volume, time-sensitive documentation requests while maintaining strong accuracy and attention to detail
Develop, test, and maintain templates to support automation and efficiency of deal documentation processes
Handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion
Support regulatory filing activities and ensure proper maintenance of documentation records
Identify, report, and escalate legal or documentation-related issues to management as appropriate
Track and manage multiple competing priorities and deadlines simultaneously
Provide additional operational and documentation support as required by the business

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
Experience working with Adobe Professional
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong proofreading, grammar, and document review capabilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under tight deadlines
Highly organized with exceptional follow-up and attention to detail
Self-starter with strong judgment, reliability, and professionalism

Prior exposure to financial services, legal documentation, capital markets, or structured products environments is a plus
