About the Company
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Legal Assistant to provide administrative and operational support to the Legal Operations team. This role will focus on legal billing, vendor onboarding, contract execution, document routing, and maintaining accurate legal records.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a legal, administrative, or operations support role and be comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Support legal billing processes, including invoice tracking, billing follow-up, and coordination with internal finance teams
Assist with vendor onboarding and setup by gathering required documentation, submitting requests, and coordinating with procurement and accounts payable
Initiate, manage, and track DocuSign envelopes for contracts and other legal documents
Ensure legal documents are routed, executed, filed, and stored properly once completed
Maintain accurate vendor information, billing data, and legal records within internal systems
Support the Legal Operations team with reporting, data entry, document management, and process improvements
Communicate with internal departments to resolve billing, vendor, or document-related questions
Help ensure deadlines are met and legal operations processes are completed accurately and timely
Qualifications
Prior experience in a legal, administrative, billing, vendor management, or operations support role preferred
Familiarity with billing systems, invoice tracking, vendor onboarding, and electronic signature platforms such as DocuSign preferred
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable working with confidential information and legal documents
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, and other business systems preferred
Required Skills
The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, and detail-focused with strong administrative and communication skills. This person should be comfortable supporting legal billing, vendor setup, DocuSign routing, reporting, and document tracking while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
