Position Overview:
We are looking for a Project Coordinator to manage project scheduling, documentation, and customer communication for our demolition and restoration projects. You will be the organizational hub connecting field crews, customers, and management.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate project schedules, crew assignments, and material deliveries
- Serve as primary point of contact for customers throughout their project
- Prepare project documentation including scopes of work, permits, and change orders
- Track project budgets, costs, and billing milestones
- Prepare and submit insurance estimates and supplements using Xactimate software
- Communicate with insurance adjusters and public adjusters
- Maintain organized project files (digital and physical)
- Assist project managers with reporting and administrative tasks
- Schedule inspections, testing, and subcontractor work
- Follow up on project completion, customer satisfaction, and warranty items

Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in construction or restoration project coordination
- Proficiency with Xactimate estimating software preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software
- Experience working with insurance companies is a plus
- Associate's degree or higher preferred
- Customer-focused with problem-solving mindset
