Position Description:
We are seeking an experienced Lead Construction Manager to join our construction team and provide leadership for our Southern Region operations while collaborating with construction leaders across other regions. The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of 10 years of experience in water and wastewater facilities/utilities, construction engineering, and construction management experience. Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and a Professional Engineer (PE) license. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to foster collaboration across regional teams to support strategic growth and project success.
