Job Description Bolivar Medical Center is actively recruiting an OBGYN to join our established Women's Health Clinic. We are a 164-bed general acute care hospital and are a comprehensive healthcare facility that provides inpatient, outpatient and emergency department services. About the position: • Clinic Hours: M-F 8a-5p • Schedule: Flexible - 36 patient care hours • Call: 1:3 (with FTE and locums support); typically 0-3 calls/day • Average patients per day (when ramped): 25-30 • Department: 1OB, locums support, Uro for GYN, U/S tech, lab tech, RN support • No robotics • 4 OR + 2 C-section suites, 5 LDR beds • Outpatient therapy support for pelvic floor and other female needs • Urology and General Surgery support • Staff is stable and long-term • Deliveries for the team ~300 babies/year Qualifications: • BE/BC in OBGYN • Ability to obtain a medical professional license in the State of MS and DEA with full prescriptive authority Our Notable Highlights: • Most prominent group in the area • Rated "A" for Hospital Safety by The Leapfrog Group • Recipient of The Joint Commission's Gold Seal of Approval® • Chest Pain Accredited by the American College of Cardiology • Accredited facility for CT, Mammography and MRI by the American College of Radiology • Voted Best Hospital by Delta Business Journal Recruitment Package may include: • Base salary starting at $400K + wRVU production incentive • Consistent volume in well-supported setting with clear path to production bonus • $5K CME allowance • $60K Sign-on bonus • 25+ days PTO • $15K relocation allowance • Student loan repayment assistance • Health benefits • 401(k) retirement plan • Medical malpractice insurance/tail coverage • Residency stipend About Cleveland: Cleveland, MS offers the perfect blend of safety, great schools, and rich Delta culture-just two hours from Memphis and Jackson.
