About the Role:
In this position, you will coordinate and deliver patient care using the nursing process: assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. You'll utilize critical thinking, collaborate with providers, and work to the top of your license in a rural, resourceful hospital setting.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform initial and ongoing patient assessments

Develop and prioritize care plans, including patient education and discharge planning

Implement nursing interventions per provider orders and established protocols

Monitor and evaluate patient progress and outcomes

Document care in accordance with standards and clinical priorities

Provide care for patients with conditions common to assigned units

Serve as a mentor and role model for staff and students
Requirements:

Graduate of an accredited nursing program

Active Washington State RN license

BLS certification (within 3 months of hire)

ACLS certification (within 6 months of hire)

EPIC experience required
Preferred:

PALS, NRP, TNCC certifications (within 6 months)

At least 6 months of experience in a rural or critical access hospital setting
