The medical center maintains established surgical infrastructure and protocols to support quality patient care delivery. Support systems are in place to ensure coordinated care across the cardiothoracic surgery service line. About the Clinician's Workday The physician associate will provide cardiothoracic surgery coverage Monday through Friday on 10-hour day shifts, with weeknight call averaging 20 nights per month and 24-hour call coverage every weekend in August. Clinical responsibilities encompass full scope cardiothoracic surgery services across operating room and full scope settings. Clinicians will perform procedures including Maquet EVH as part of the surgical service line. Call coverage is required as a condition of this assignment.
