About the Role:
Macquarie is seeking a Financial Analyst to join our FP&A team. You will support financial planning, analysis, and reporting for one of our operating groups, contributing to strategic decision-making.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports and variance analysis
- Build and maintain financial models for planning and forecasting
- Support annual budgeting and quarterly reforecasting processes
- Analyze revenue, costs, and profitability across business lines
- Create dashboards and reports using Power BI
- Partner with business leaders on financial insights and recommendations
- Support board and committee reporting packages
- Contribute to ad-hoc strategic analysis and projects
Requirements:
- 3+ years of financial analysis or FP&A experience
- CA, CPA, or CFA qualification (or pursuing)
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
- Experience with Power BI or Tableau
- Experience in financial services or investment banking preferred
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
