Salary: €45,000 - €60,000 per year
About the Role:
Maykin is seeking a Customer Success Manager to support our government and enterprise clients. You will ensure customers get maximum value from our open-source digital services platform.
Responsibilities:
- Manage relationships with Dutch government and enterprise clients
- Drive product adoption through training and support
- Conduct regular business reviews and health checks
- Monitor customer satisfaction and address issues proactively
- Identify upsell and expansion opportunities
- Coordinate with development team on customer needs
- Provide customer feedback to product teams
- Support implementation and onboarding processes
Requirements:
- 3+ years of customer success or account management experience
- Experience with B2B SaaS or government technology
- Fluent Dutch and English
- Strong communication and relationship skills
- Technical aptitude to understand software products
- Experience with open-source technology preferred
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
