About the Role:
MEDIAN Group is seeking a Full Stack Engineer to build digital healthcare solutions. You will work on web applications that support medical rehabilitation workflows for Germany's largest private rehabilitation provider.
Responsibilities:
- Develop full stack web applications using TypeScript, React, and Node.js
- Design and implement GraphQL APIs and database schemas
- Build responsive, accessible user interfaces
- Write comprehensive tests (unit, integration, e2e)
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and medical domain experts
- Deploy applications using Docker and AWS
- Participate in agile ceremonies and code reviews
- Contribute to architecture decisions and technical documentation
Requirements:
- 3+ years of full stack development experience
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript, React, and Node.js
- Experience with PostgreSQL and GraphQL
- Familiarity with Docker and cloud platforms (AWS preferred)
- Understanding of modern web development practices
- Good English skills; German is a plus
- BSc in Computer Science or equivalent
