About the Role:
MEDIAN is seeking a Customer Success Manager to manage relationships with our healthcare clients across the DACH region. You will ensure client satisfaction and drive adoption of our digital health solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of healthcare clients across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland
- Develop and execute customer success plans aligned with client goals
- Conduct regular business reviews and health checks
- Drive product adoption through training and support
- Monitor customer health metrics and address churn risks
- Identify upsell and expansion opportunities
- Coordinate with product and support teams on client issues
- Provide customer feedback to product development teams
Requirements:
- 3+ years of customer success or account management experience
- Experience in healthcare, medtech, or B2B SaaS
- Fluent German and English
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Data-driven approach to customer management
- Understanding of German healthcare system preferred
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
