About the Role:
NatWest Group is seeking a DevOps Engineer to join our technology team in Bengaluru. You will build and maintain infrastructure and deployment pipelines for our digital banking platform serving millions of customers.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitHub Actions
- Manage cloud infrastructure on AWS using Terraform and Ansible
- Build and maintain Kubernetes clusters for container orchestration
- Implement monitoring and alerting using Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK stack
- Automate operational tasks and develop internal tooling
- Support production deployments and incident management
- Collaborate with development teams to improve deployment practices
- Ensure security and compliance standards are met
Requirements:
- 4+ years of DevOps or infrastructure engineering experience
- Strong experience with AWS services and cloud architecture
- Proficiency with Kubernetes, Docker, and container technologies
- Experience with infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible)
- Strong scripting skills in Python and Bash
- Understanding of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
- Knowledge of monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK)
- B.Tech/B.E. in Computer Science or related field
