Locum CRNAs needed to start ASAP and work 6 months with a possibility of extension at a facility near Azalea Park, FL. FL license required.
• Shift: Open to any combination of 8, 10, 12 and will even take some per diem days if they're working some time elsewhere.
• Types of cases: neuro, vascular, general, endo, cath/IR, and head and neck.
• Types of cases at other site: general, endo, cath/IR, ortho, urology.
• Types of cases at other campuses: general, endo, cath/IR, ortho, urology.
• EMR: Epic.
• Providers can work at any of other 9 sites.
• ACLS, NBCRNA.
• Florida license required.
• Credentialing: 30 days. (expediting files).
• $1,000 referral bonus received for any referral who works 160 hours.
