About this role
Locum CRNAs needed to start ASAP and work 3 months with a possibility of extension at a facility near Lake Park, TN. TN license required.
• Shift: Must be flexible on types of shifts 13s, 12s, 11/9s hybrid, 10s, for minimum of 36 hr/wk.
• Medical Supervision
• No epidurals.
• Types of cases: ortho, General, Urology, Neuro/spine. No OB.
• EMR: Medaxion charting - EMR Meditech Expanse
• Wll cross credetial at 1 site.
• Must provide 2-3 references.
• Must have TN license.
• ACLS, BLS.
• Credentialing timeframe: 45 days.
• $500 referral bonus received for any referral who works 30 days.
