• Cases: General, orthopedic, endo/GI, ENT (some peds), GYN, spine, and cath lab
• Regional Anesthesia Proficiency is preferred however training available
• Requirements: BC
• Credentialing: Approximately 60 Days
• $500 referral bonus received for any referral who works 30 days.
