Description:
• Join an established practice with a dedicated and respectful partner who has a longstanding commitment to the community.
• Seeking a general or subspecialty trained neurologist interested in building a general neurology practice at O'Bleness Hospital
• Highly supportive staff who manage clerical duties including prior-authorizations, routing of referrals and orders, patient phone calls, etc.
• No stroke call is required; tele neurology responds to all acute stroke symptoms.
• Majority outpatient position with some inpatient coverage. Neurology is a consulting inpatient service.
• O'Bleness Hospital is community hospital located in Athens, OH near Ohio University. This care site offers the opportunity to work with medical students, is desired.
• Available procedures: EMG, EEG, Botox injections, trigger point injections
• General Neurology with Subspecialty fellowship training welcome. Care site could support a variety of subspecialty interests.
