Position Overview:
We are hiring Demolition Laborers to support our demolition crews on commercial and industrial projects. This is a physically demanding role with great pay and opportunities to advance.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with structural and selective demolition of buildings and interiors
- Sort and separate materials for recycling (metal, concrete, wood) and disposal
- Operate hand tools and small power tools for demolition tasks
- Clean up job sites including sweeping, hauling debris, and loading trucks
- Assist heavy equipment operators with spotting and site preparation
- Follow all safety protocols, wear required PPE, and attend safety briefings
- Help with setup and breakdown of dust control and erosion measures
- Perform general labor tasks as directed by foremen and superintendents
Qualifications:
- No prior experience required — willing to train
- Ability to perform heavy physical labor in a construction environment
- Comfortable working around heavy equipment and in dusty conditions
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Ability to lift 75+ lbs regularly
- OSHA 10 certification preferred but not required
