Each and every employee works hard to exceed client Position Overview: We are hiring a Construction Laborer to support our field crews on various residential and commercial projects in the Portland metro area. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys physical work and wants to grow in the construction industry. Responsibilities: - Assist skilled tradespeople with various construction tasks - Load, unload, and transport materials, tools, and equipment on job sites - Perform site preparation including demolition, cleanup, and debris removal - Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently - Follow instructions from foremen and superintendents - Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment - Comply with all safety regulations and wear required PPE at all times - Assist with concrete work, framing, finish work, or other tasks as assigned Qualifications: - High school diploma or GED preferred - Ability to perform physically demanding work in all weather conditions - Reliable transportation and ability to arrive on time consistently - Basic knowledge of construction tools and safety practices - Ability to lift 50-75 lbs regularly - Willingness to learn and take direction - Valid driver's license preferred - OSHA 10 certification is a plus Benefits: - Competitive hourly pay with overtime opportunities - Health insurance - Paid holidays - On-the-job training and skill development - Opportunity for advancement into skilled trade positions Pacific Crest Structures Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
