About the Role:
Parsons is seeking a Data Scientist to apply ML and analytics to smart infrastructure and transportation projects across the Middle East. You will develop models that optimize urban planning and infrastructure management.
Responsibilities:
- Develop machine learning models for infrastructure and transportation analytics
- Analyze large datasets to identify patterns and predict outcomes
- Build data pipelines and visualization dashboards
- Apply AI techniques to smart city and transportation challenges
- Collaborate with engineers and urban planners
- Present findings to government and enterprise stakeholders
- Write technical documentation and reports
- Stay current on AI advances relevant to infrastructure
Requirements:
- 3+ years of data science experience
- Strong Python skills (pandas, scikit-learn, TensorFlow)
- Experience with SQL and data engineering tools
- Understanding of statistics and machine learning
- Experience in infrastructure, transportation, or urban planning preferred
- Strong English communication skills
- MSc in Data Science, Engineering, or related field preferred
