Landscape Maintenance Technician Pete Wilson Stoneworks Inc. — Portland, OR Salary: $38,000 - $50,000 per year About Us: Dry-stack stonemasonry for diverse residential, commerical and public applications, serving landscape architects, designers, building contractors and homeowners. Position Overview: We are hiring a Landscape Maintenance Technician to provide routine lawn care and landscape maintenance services for our residential and commercial clients. Responsibilities: - Mow lawns, edge borders, and trim hedges on assigned properties - Prune shrubs, trees, and ornamental plants according to horticultural best practices - Apply mulch, bark dust, and ground cover materials - Perform seasonal cleanup including leaf removal, gutter cleaning, and debris hauling - Operate commercial mowers, string trimmers, blowers, and hedge trimmers safely - Identify and report pest, disease, and irrigation issues - Maintain a professional appearance and provide courteous customer service - Complete daily route sheets and report hours accurately Qualifications: - 1+ years of professional landscape maintenance experience - Knowledge of Pacific Northwest plants, trees, and lawn care practices - Ability to operate commercial landscaping equipment - Valid driver's license and ability to drive company trucks - Physical ability to perform outdoor labor in all weather conditions - Reliable and punctual with strong work ethic - Oregon pesticide applicator license is a plus Benefits: - Competitive pay with overtime during peak season - Health insurance - Paid holidays - Company-provided equipment and uniforms - Training and career development Pete Wilson Stoneworks Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
