Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Concrete Finisher to join our team. You will finish concrete surfaces for residential and commercial projects including driveways, patios, sidewalks, foundations, and decorative stamped concrete.

Responsibilities:
- Finish poured concrete surfaces using hand tools, trowels, floats, and edgers
- Apply decorative finishes including stamping, staining, exposed aggregate, and broom finish
- Set forms and grade sub-base for concrete pours
- Place, spread, and level concrete during pours
- Apply curing compounds and sealers
- Perform saw cutting of control joints
- Operate power trowels, screeds, and vibrators
- Read plans and specifications to ensure accurate placement and finish
- Maintain tools and equipment in good condition
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean job site

Qualifications:
- 2+ years of concrete finishing experience
- Strong knowledge of concrete finishing techniques including decorative applications
- Ability to read plans and grade stakes
- Experience with forming, pouring, and finishing flatwork
- Physical ability to perform demanding work including kneeling, bending, and lifting
- Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and overtime as needed (concrete waits for no one)
- Valid driver's license
- Positive attitude and quality-focused work ethic
