Roofing Foreman Pioneer Waterproofing Company Inc. — Portland, OR Salary: $58,000 - $78,000 per year About Us: Specializes in Masonry Restoration, Concrete Repair, Industrial Flooring, Waterproofing of Commercial buildings Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Roofing Foreman to lead our roofing crews on residential and commercial projects. You will manage daily crew activities, ensure quality workmanship, and maintain a safe work environment on every job. Responsibilities: - Lead and supervise roofing crews of 4-8 workers on residential and commercial projects - Ensure all roofing installations meet manufacturer specifications and building codes - Coordinate daily work schedules, material deliveries, and crew assignments - Perform quality inspections throughout each phase of the roofing process - Enforce safety protocols including fall protection, ladder safety, and PPE usage - Communicate with project managers and customers regarding job progress and timelines - Train and mentor crew members in proper roofing techniques and safety practices - Complete daily job reports, time sheets, and material usage logs - Troubleshoot and resolve field issues efficiently - Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition Qualifications: - 3+ years of experience in roofing installation with leadership responsibilities - Strong knowledge of roofing systems including composition shingles, metal, TPO, and modified bitumen - Ability to read blueprints and roofing specifications - OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification required - Proven leadership skills with ability to motivate and manage crew members - Valid driver's license with clean driving record - Comfortable working at heights and in all weather conditions - Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus Benefits: - Competitive pay with bonus opportunities - Company truck - Health and dental insurance - Paid holidays and vacation - Year-round work - Career advancement opportunities Pioneer Waterproofing Company Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
