Develop and optimize nanofabrication processes for advanced photonic and hardware systems
Photolithography process development using tools such as MLA150 Heidelberg systems (~1 µm resolution)
Work with E-beam lithography tools (100–120 kV class)
Deep UV lithography process development
Dry and wet etching processes
Thick metal deposition and lift-off processes
Sputtering, E-beam evaporation, PECVD, and annealing workflows
Process integration for packaging and device fabrication
Film and surface characterization using: Ellipsometry, AFM, SEM
