About the Role:
Plenti is seeking a Product Manager to drive our consumer lending products. You will define and deliver digital lending experiences that make borrowing simple and fair for Australian consumers.
Responsibilities:
- Define product strategy and roadmap for consumer lending products
- Write detailed product requirements and user stories
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and risk teams
- Analyze product metrics and customer data to inform decisions
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis in Australian lending
- Manage regulatory requirements for consumer credit products
- Run A/B tests to optimize lending journeys
- Present product strategy to leadership
Requirements:
- 5+ years of product management experience in fintech or financial services
- Understanding of consumer lending, credit, and Australian financial regulations
- Experience with digital product development and Agile methodologies
- Strong analytical skills and data literacy
- Excellent stakeholder management abilities
- Bachelor's degree; MBA or finance background preferred
