Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Finish Carpenter to install trim, molding, cabinets, doors, and other finish elements in residential and commercial construction projects. This role requires precision craftsmanship and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
- Install interior and exterior trim including baseboards, crown molding, casing, and chair rail
- Hang and adjust interior and exterior doors
- Install cabinets, countertops, and built-in furniture
- Install stair railings, handrails, and balusters
- Read blueprints and specifications to plan installations
- Take precise measurements and make accurate cuts using miter saws, table saws, and routers
- Ensure all work is plumb, level, and meets quality standards
- Fill nail holes, caulk joints, and prepare surfaces for painting
- Coordinate with other trades and maintain a clean work area

Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in finish carpentry
- Expert knowledge of trim, molding, and cabinet installation techniques
- Proficiency with miter saws, table saws, routers, and hand tools
- Ability to read blueprints and architectural drawings
- Strong mathematical skills for layout and measurement
- Excellent attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
- Valid driver's license and own basic hand tools
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on ladders
