About the Role:
Prezzee is seeking a Customer Success Manager to support our growing B2B customer base. You will ensure corporate clients get maximum value from our digital gift card platform.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of B2B enterprise accounts
- Drive product adoption and usage through proactive engagement
- Develop customer success plans and conduct regular reviews
- Monitor customer health metrics and address churn risks
- Identify upsell and expansion opportunities
- Coordinate with product and support teams on customer needs
- Provide customer feedback to product development teams
- Track and report on success metrics
Requirements:
- 3+ years of customer success or account management experience
- Experience in B2B SaaS or corporate services
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Analytical mindset with data-driven approach
- Experience with CRM and customer success tools
- Ability to manage multiple accounts effectively
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
