Compensation & Benefits

Guaranteed annual compensation ranging from $261,000-$333,000

Compensation is not productivity or wRVU based

Practice Highlights

Flexible weekday schedule with no weekends or holidays

30 patient contact hours with 10 hours of dedicated administrative time

No call responsibilities or after-hours requirements

Dedicated Urgent Care team and strong collegial cross-coverage

Average patient volume of only 12-14 patients daily

Patient panel size capped around 1,200 patients per provider

Robust clinical support teams including RNs, dedicated MAs, case managers, referrals, and dietitians

EPIC EMR system with Dragon and AI-assisted documentation tools

Integrated services including on-site Pharmacy, Laboratory, Behavioral Health, Women's Health, Perinatal Care, and Dental

Collaborative medical staff consisting of 20 Physicians and 40+ Advanced Practice Providers
