There's also a lot more on the horizon that we've yet to build. We brought on our first PM, Ava O'Neill, and she's been one of the most impactful hires we've made. Now we're scaling the team further; looking for multiple PM's to join us. What you'll do Own a product area end-to-end - with real business stakes Deeply live and breathe a single customer persona. Do whatever it takes to serve that one type of customer Drive a business outcome ($XX ARR or XX enterprise customers). Sub-OKRs around usage are fine but not your main OKR Span PDE to GTM - work closely with engineering and design to ship, while working with PMM and AEs on positioning and pain points Talk to customers every day Argue with us 😊 We resolve decisions by voicing opinions and working through them.
