About the Role:
Quest Global is seeking a Sales Manager to drive enterprise account growth in our engineering and technology services business. You will manage key accounts and develop new business in the aerospace, automotive, and technology sectors.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of enterprise accounts and drive revenue growth
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and networking
- Develop account strategies and growth plans for key clients
- Conduct client presentations and proposal development
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with procurement teams
- Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure service excellence
- Track pipeline and provide accurate revenue forecasts
- Represent Quest Global at industry events and conferences
Requirements:
- 7+ years of enterprise sales experience in IT services or engineering services
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Experience selling to aerospace, automotive, or technology companies
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business; MBA preferred
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
