About the Role:
Radisson Hotel Group is seeking an HR Manager to oversee people operations at our Dubai properties. You will manage HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, training, and compliance with UAE labor regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all HR operations for hotel properties (300+ employees)
- Lead recruitment for hospitality roles across all departments
- Handle employee relations, disciplinary matters, and grievances
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor law and immigration requirements
- Manage visa processing and work permits for international staff
- Develop and deliver training programs for hotel staff
- Support performance management processes
- Manage HR budget and vendor relationships
Requirements:
- 5+ years of HR management experience, preferably in hospitality
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor law and immigration regulations
- Experience managing diverse, multinational workforce
- Excellent English; Arabic is a significant plus
- Experience with HRIS systems
- CIPD or SHRM certification preferred
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
