The Role
We're looking for a senior content writer to own and produce high-quality content that positions Retell AI as the category leader in Voice AI. This is a contract role at approximately 20-30 hours per week.
What You'll Do
Write blog posts, case studies, landing pages, email sequences, and thought leadership content
Translate complex technical concepts (ASR, LLM, TTS, voice orchestration) into clear, compelling narratives for enterprise buyers
Develop content that supports SEO, demand gen, and sales enablement goals
Collaborate closely with the marketing and product teams to align content with launches, campaigns, and GTM priorities
Maintain a consistent brand voice across all channels
What We're Looking For
5+ years of content writing experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or AI/developer tools
Strong portfolio demonstrating technical writing ability and storytelling range
Familiarity with the AI/ML landscape; bonus if you've covered conversational AI, contact centers, or telephony
Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and move fast in a startup environment
SEO awareness and experience writing content that ranks
