Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Legal Site Manager (Office Services) based in Mount Laurel, NJ. The Legal Site Manager will oversee office services within a legal environment, including legal document preparation, contract negotiation support, and addressing legal issues. Key responsibilities include managing day-to-day operations, ensuring the availability and functionality of office services, coordinating legal administrative tasks, and leading a team to maintain operational efficiency. The role requires excellent organization, problem-solving, and leadership abilities.
Qualifications
Strong Analytical Skills for problem-solving and decision-making in legal and operational aspects
Experience in Legal Document Preparation and managing documentation efficiently
Familiarity with Legal Issues, compliance matters, and their resolution
Demonstrated negotiation and management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proven leadership and team management experience
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
Previous experience in office services within the legal field preferred
Bachelor’s degree in legal studies, business management, or a related field is preferred
